So here is my workout for Wednesday. It's not created by me so I must give credit where credit is due. I want to look like this:

This is supposed to take about an hour with 1 minute rest between sets. I finished in about 35 minutes and then got on the stair climber for 10 minutes. I was a sweaty mess! Goal reached! I hope this helps y'all!
